Had a sketch of this one waiting for a while, she's the first of these guys so far, but more will come.

Species Info:

-Dead Fairy Dragons, like this one, appear wherever a dragon was killed in a cruel way or had to suffer a lot before he deceased
-While not always vengeful (some dragons die through illness or poison etc.), a lot of them bring suffering to living beings in the area where their dragon died
-Some even speculate they're manifestations of restless dragon spirits
-Whether or not they're sentient is unknown, however there are rumors of friendly people
being spared in villages that where visited by a dead fairy dragon, yet no one seems to have met a survivor personally
-Most information about them is hearsay, yet some people claim to have seen one of them wander or fly around
-It's said they hunt people down that do cruel things
-Also no one ever saw one in broad daylight, they appear in dark places when there's mist or fog or when it's couldy but not when there's a clear sky
(not even at night)

Body:
-Their bodies appear solid but it's uncertain whether they are because all of them emit a strong poisonous gas that is said to kill any living creature on contact
-Their faces are hidden behind bonelike masks and they don't have noses or mouths
-They are about the size of a kid on the shoulder and have a tail that's up to twice the length of their body
-They can fly by walking in the air
-They can have enough gas to eradicate a whole village
-Glowing markings in the color of their gas
-Glowing eyes with white iris in different color
-Eyependant on chest with glowing color that's different from gascolor. Seems to have a pupil that can give information about the dragons feelings

Diet:
-These creatures are told to turn their victims into gas and ingest them through the holes in their chest
-A dragon that has eaten recently will have a glowing belly
-They don't eat everything they pour gas over

Gender:
-...is mostly defined by behaviour, females are more timid and sneaky, males are often
raging and hunting down people even in masses of humans without caring much about bystanders
-They're dead, they don't mate even though they're said to have a gender

-change her gender
-slightly change her markings (but please not too much)
-put her into your own headworlds/universe
-give her an own story/background

-make her talk (stick to body language, e.g. pointing with the antennas on her neck)
